How much do updates cost?
We realize that updates made to your site can range in size dramatically. That is why we cannot set a static price for them. Therefore, costs will be negotiated at the time of the update.
What if I want to cancel my service?
Yearly payments will only be refunded within 30 days of the original transaction. Any in progress updates at the time of cancellation will be refunded. Your site will be terminated upon cancellation.
Can I change my package?
Yes, you can change your package at any time after signing up.
What is SpacePing?
SpacePing is a third party contractor Triook will utilize for management of specific types of websites.

Triook works with SpacePing to ensure that the experience is seamless for our customers. You still contact your website manager through all of the standard means you’d use if Triook itself managed your website.
